肖成梁,博士,浙江大学“百人计画”研究员,博士生导师。2006年毕业于中国地质大学(北京)材料科学与工程学院获学士学位;2011年毕业于浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学系获博士学位;2012-2014年在中国科学院高能物理研究所从事博士后工作;2014-2018年在苏州大学放射医学与辐射防护国家重点实验室核能环境化学研究中心工作;2016-2017年在美国西北大学化学系从事访问学者工作;2019年1月入职浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学院工业生态与环境研究所。

肖成梁,博士,浙江大学“百人计画”研究员,博士生导师。2006年毕业于中国地质大学(北京)材料科学与工程学院获学士学位;2011年毕业于浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学系获博士学位;2012-2014年在中国科学院高能物理研究所从事博士后工作;2014-2018年在苏州大学放射医学与辐射防护国家重点实验室核能环境化学研究中心工作;2016-2017年在美国西北大学化学系从事访问学者工作;2019年1月入职浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学院工业生态与环境研究所。主要从事环境污染控制及资源循环、环境放射化学以及核化工等研究工作。目前,在Nat. Commun、J. Am. Chem. Soc.和Environ. Sci. Technol.等本领域主流期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,引用1000余次,其中4篇ESI热点论文/高被引论文。主持国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金和博士后基金特别资助等项目十余项。受邀担任J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和Environ. Sci. Technol.等数十个国际着名SCI期刊的特约审稿人。担任期刊Chinese Chemical Letters青年编委和Journal of Applied Solution Chemistry and Modeling编委。2016年入选苏州市高等院校、科研院所紧缺高层次人才。2018年荣获江苏省高校自然科学成果二等奖。。

研究方向
本课题组(环境配位化学课题组)主要研究环境功能材料(如金属有机框架材料、离子交换材料、高效萃取材料、选择结晶材料、超分子材料和纳米材料等)与典型污染物(包括含氧酸阴离子、放射性核素和重金属离子等)在分子水平上的作用机制;通过光谱、同步辐射技术、单晶X-射线衍射技术、高分辨电镜技术和理论计算等先进表征手段的耦合,清晰阐释作用过程中的成键、结构和反应等特性;目的在于为环境污染控制、乏燃料后处理、化工分离和资源循环等提供解决方案。具体研究方向包括:
1、阴离子污染控制化学
2、核燃料循环过程中关键放射性核素的选择分离
3、複杂环境体系中有毒有害金属的清洁分离技术
4、稀土、稀有和贵金属等关键性战略资源的绿色提取回收
5、分离过程中新材料新介质新概念新方法的探索
