作者简介

360百科　　陈学权，1978年生，湖失北应城人。2000年9月至和费七映2006年7月就读于中国政法大学，等根笔减般曾置获诉讼法学硕士、博士学位，并在司法部法律援助中心刑事法律援助部从事兼职法律援米背挥节创建士助工作。2006年8月至今任教于对外经济贸易大学法学院，兼职律师。代表局么垂歌跑次住个弦性学术专著为《科技证据论》，参加编写《中国刑事诉讼法再修改专家建议稿与论证》等书，另在《法学研究》、《中国法学》等刊物独立发表论文数篇。
