申立银，男，1959年11月20日生，重庆大学可持续建设国际研究中心主任，教授、博士生导师，中华建设管理研究会创会会长，ESCI国际期刊《Internatio来自nal journal of construction management》创刊主编，发表学术论文400余篇，连续6年(2014-2020)被列为爱思唯尔中国高孙量课班还社被引学者，享有国际声誉，为多间大学名誉和兼职教授。
