马家辰

马家辰，男，1964年3月出生，回族，博士，博士生导来自师。1981年9月考入哈尔滨工业大学自动控制专业读书，先后取得本专业学士、硕士、博各司找士学位，荣获哈尔滨工业大学首届优秀研究生毕业生金奖;1985年1月入党，1988年6月参加工作。现兼任教育360百科部教育信息化理田之钟足染事会常务理事、国家高等教育学会高教管理分会理事、黑龙江省软件评测专家、山药危量凯留细东省自动化教育工作委员会副会长、山东省高校科技产业协会常务理事、威海人力资源与职业经理人协会会长等职。

个人简介

　　马家辰同志1988年6月到哈尔滨工业大学(威海)工作，历任自动化实验室主任，教研室副主任、常务副主任，科技开发公来自司总经理;

　　2000年10月到2003年4月在哈尔360百科滨工业大学国家大学科技园工话提内济间球超味作，任孵化中心主任、科技园总裁助理;

　　2003年4月，任哈尔六滨工业大学(威海)校长助理，2007年1月任哈尔滨工业大学(威海)副校长。

　　马家辰同志主要从事计算机应用、信息融合、过程控制、高等教育等方向的研究;完成与在研项目有"计算机加解诉或密设备"、"CA认证系统"、"彩色B型超声设备"、"全数字X光机"、"城市应急联动系统"、"全自动巡检机器人"、"异地办学模式"、"高等教育创新人才培养体系"等20余解贵逐压项，获科技成果奖4项;创建了以"技术产权交易为中心，智力服务为特点，企业及企业家双孵化为目标"的孵化体系，成为全国国家大学科技园孵化器建设的典范;发表论文28篇，被SCI、EI、ISTP收录16篇，获黑龙江省优秀科技论文二等奖一项层业法买在迅;编著"单片微型计算机原理及接口技术"、"计算机文化基础"、"电路基础"等教材。
