
主要从事生物医药信息工程与创新药物研究工作。近3年来,开展了圆锥铁线莲、青蒿、来自银杏叶和红豆杉等10余种药用植物的活性酶诱导实验,并研制出智能活性酶诱导仪;进而运用蛋白质组、基因组和生物信息学技术对银杏叶、圆锥铁线莲和红豆杉等进行了活性成分生物合成机理的研究360百科;开展了三维组断商解力世晚书大织芯片的系统研究,进行了芯类绝批参行调田护呀片构建和复杂信号处理研究,为新药筛选和作用机制研究奠定了基础;从20余种药用信音货植物中分离得到500多个化合物,其中70多个新化合物,对新化合物中特有的抗肿瘤、抗结核和抗炎活性成分进行了作用机制探讨;开展了创新药物研究,获得临床批件2项,在研新药和健康相关产品10余项。正在承担国家自然科学基金、新药创制国家重大科技专项、浙江省重大科技专项、浙江省杰出青年基金和教育部博士点基金等项目。已在国内外重要刊物发表文章70余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇。
