无机膜(沸石分子筛膜)及催化新材料;渗透汽化膜分离 在化学工程与工业催化两个二级学科招收硕士和博士研究生。
主要贡献
在做博士论文期间,研究了ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化剂上的低碳烃芳构化反应及机理。在东京工业大学做博士后期间,从事了Pt担载H-beta分子筛催化剂上正己烷和正庚烷的异构化研究。日本北陆先端科学技术大学院大学任助手时,进行了分子筛合成、修饰及表征方面的研究工作,还从事了分子筛膜的合成和评价研究,共发表论文20篇。
在UCR期间,主要进行了分子筛薄膜(绝缘膜和防腐膜等)的合成和套用研究,发表学术论文20多篇,获美国专利3项。主要成就包括:成功地合成了有取向性MFI薄膜(国际领先),发表在Chem. Mater.和Micropor. & Mesopor. Mater.,共被引99次,并探讨了其在绝缘薄膜(Low-k film)方面的套用(国际首例);用Spin-on法製备了分子筛薄膜, 并考察了其在绝缘膜方面的套用(国际首创),成果两次发表在Advanced Materials上,共被引186次;在铝片上合成的MFI分子筛膜可用作铝防腐膜(Electrochem. & Solid State Lett.,被他引11次);探讨了MFI分子筛微粒子的套用,成果发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc上,被引150次。
在旭化成期间,先研究了分子筛绝缘薄膜,然后又研究开发了分子筛脱水分离膜,共申请了日本专利15项,还从事了沸石分子筛催化剂的研究开发。
迄今共发表SCI收录论文39篇、EI收录论文2篇(其中第一、二作者23篇,通讯作者7篇),累计被引1400多次,SCI收录论文影响因子总和超过120。2009年发表了两篇J Am Chem Soc(影响因子>8.0)论文,在中空纤维分子筛脱水膜方面取得了重要进展,乙醇脱水的膜通量可达6-8kg/m2h,是日本三井造船公司的3-4倍;开发了氧化铝中空纤维上新的涂晶方法,并设计了聚合物与分子筛形成的複合中空纤维支撑体。研究开发了具有高通量的氧化铝管分子筛膜的製备,有望用于工业套用。通过简单地控制模板剂TPAOH的用量,能很好地抑制b取向MFI晶种二次生长时a取向晶体的生长,从而获得高度b取向的MFI分子筛连续膜。
